Warranty / Return Information

All products are quality tested before shipping and are guaranteed to be defect free in material and workmanship.

Warranty:

We will repair or replace, at our option, any product that is defective within one year of original purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective unit to Bowser Electronics and we will return your order at our expense.

Connecting a scan tool that draws more power than allowed by the ECU Simulator voids the warranty.

There is No warranty or guarantee on parts or kits.

Limitation of Liability Statement:

We can not be responsible for how you use any of our products.

The OBD-II Diagnostic Scanner is designed to be SAE J1978 compliant.

Bowser Electronics accepts no liability beyond the purchase price of the product for any damage that may be caused either by the product itself or through the improper use of the product.

Returns:

Un-damaged products may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with Return Authorization Number obtained from Customer Service.

For a refund to be issued, the following conditions will apply:

Software is not refundable once a security code has been issued.

A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply to all returns (Please be sure your car is OBD-II compatible before ordering).

Further charges may apply if the unit is not in re-sellable condition.
